Fantasy-like and medieval there are many weapons in this game for you to utilize and master.

You can easily pick from

Monsters

There are also many non-player characers (NPC) in RuneScape.

Monsters can take a variety of shapes and character,  like human, animal, elemental, demonic, general, low level monsters like chickens to unique, much more powerful monsters like

§       King Black Dragon

§       Chaos Elemental

§       Kalphite Queen.

…to name but three!

Each type of monster has its own strengths and weaknesses, with different defense strategies, methods and tools.

Some might even attack and be aggressive or non-aggressive making it a very unpredictable and unsafe gaming environment at any level!

P2P combat

Challenges are common and areas of preference for these types of battles are the Wilderness. Risking all and stating all rules of engagement prior to beginning the battle, this makes for some exciting connections and exchanges! A great place and way to show off and harness those skills!

Skills

Ability to perform activities and take action in the game. These are commonly referred to as skills.

You get experienced and build your expertise, refine your skills as you prgress throughout the game, try out things, do related activities that help you learn and master new things. You gain experience points as you go along. This feeds into standings, ratings and rankings.
